The State Council determined on Wednesday that the Minister of Justice is right to refuse a licence to CFR a casino company from France. The French casino company wanted to target the Dutch market.

According to the law for gambling in the Netherlands only one company can obtain a permit. CFR disagreed, and their objection was initially approved by the court in Breda.
